How do I update my contact details?

Individuals

Individuals can update contact details of the main user (email, phone number, address) by sending a request to the customer care department. To update contact details of the main user, you will have to verify your identity.

Important!

You cannot change the main user's full name because it will mean that the account has a new owner.

Legal entities can send a request to the customer care department to update the following:

  • Contact details of the main user (email, phone number, address).
  • Full name of the main user.
  • Company details.
Improtant!

A change of a taxpayer identification number (TIN) means that a new company owns the account.

How do I add an additional user or change his or her contact details?

Go to My account -> My users -> click on the Edit button, make changes and click on the Save button.

Go to My account -> My users -> click on the Add new user button.
