How can I get credentials for the backup server?

For dedicated servers in the EU, we provide 100 GB of disk space on a remote backup server for free.

If you did not receive credentials, submit a ticket to the support.

In the case of virtual servers, disk space on a remote backup server is purchased separately. You can order this service from your account. To do this, use the Order Add-on button on the service's card.

Please note, that you only receive credentials to access the remote server. You have to set up data backup separately.
