Why do you need to provide the explanation?
The shortage of available IPv4 made us tighten our policy. To date, IPv4 is allocated if there is an absolute technical necessity for an additional IP. SEO-related goals are not considered as a technical justification.
Please note that a RIPE inspector can check if the IP address is misused at any time. If it is, the address might be withdrawn without prior notice.
How can I order additional IP addresses for a VPS and a dedicated server?
To order an additional IP, please submit a request to the customer care department specifying the intended usage. Our specialists will issue an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, they will forward your request to the networking department.
The networking department allocates additional IPs from 7:00 to 13:00 UTC.
What is the maximum amount of IPs allocated per VPS?
Additional IPs are allocated in pairs. We provide up to 2 pairs per server. So, there can be 5 IPs in total: 1 main IP and 4 additional IPs.
What is the maximum amount of IPs allocated per dedicated server?
We provide them by one and up to 6 additional IPs per server.
