I forgot my server's password

I forgot my VPS password​

You can reset your VPS password via your account. Open the My Services section -> then choose VPS servers -> click on the plan's name to see the card -> select the Management tab -> click the Reset root password button. The new password will be sent to the email specified in your contact information.

I forgot my dedicated server's password​

You can reset your dedicated server's password via your account. Open the My Services section -> then choose Dedicated servers -> click on the plan's name to see the card -> select the Management tab -> click the Reset root password button.

Important!

When resetting a password, you have to switch your server to the rescue mode. This will make the server unavailable for 20 to 30 minutes.
