What do I do if my disk is out of order?
If it happens, you should send us a corresponding ticket. We will send a request to the Data Center asking to replace it. The disk replacement takes 1 to 2 hours after the request is sent. The server will be shut down for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the disk is replaced, data synchronization is launched, i.e. the data from the working disk is copied to the new one. After that, the server resumes its normal operation.
The replacement disks are working disks that are not necessarily brand-new ones. The replacement with a brand-new disk is a paid option.
If your server uses RAID0 or no RAID at all, you will lose all your data forever.
