When is the customer care department available?

Our customer care department is available daily from 07:00 to 23:00 CET.

All the requests are processed in the order of their arrival. However, some services can be provided on weekdays only:

• Additional IP addresses provision.
• Activation of dedicated services with nonstandard configuration.
• Funds withdrawal from the billing system to WMF or the company's payment account.
• Funds crediting via cashless transactions or a bank transfer.
