I cannot add a domain name
When trying to add the domain name in the DNS control panel, you might see the following error:
The domain has already been added by another account. If you are the domain's owner, contact the support. Our specialists will transfer the domain to your account.
This means that this domain name has already been added using our DNS control panel. You might have added it earlier, or it has been added by the previous owner.
To solve this problem, you have to create a ticket and complete verification.
